We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Sales Representative who can join us immediately to help drive customer satisfaction and sales.
Key Responsibilities :
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products/services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements :
• 5-6 years of experience in customer support and sales.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record.
• Proficient in CRM and customer service software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
