Job Overview :
We are looking for a Customer Support/Relations Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. This role is key in ensuring customer retention and delivering high-quality support.
Role & responsibilities
Customer Support : Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat; effectively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong customer relationships; proactively engage with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Issue Resolution : Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure swift and accurate resolution.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions; monitor and report on key performance metrics such as response times and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualification
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience : 3-4 years of experience in customer support, customer relations, or a similar role.
