Customer Service:

• Internal and External Coordination with Clients fulfilling the Freight request
• Airlines & Shipping Line to support sales.
• Day to day update to Customer with regards to shipment
• Timely update of Logi sys tracker updating customer remarks
• Liaise internally and externally and build strong professional working relationship with respect to stake holders and provide highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely response time on customer (Internal/External) requirements
• Proactive approach towards resolving any transaction disputes with respective to stake holders
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Documentation:

• In time submission /filing of Manifest for Air & Sea shipments
• Releasing of B/L / Documentation based on shippers letter of instructions/confirmation
• Creating Forwarding Job for Shipments
• In time Billing and receivable management
• Preparing Purchase bill and ensuring payment to vendors
• Obtaining necessary approvals from Finance dept for funds for timely execution of shipment and vendor payments updating the database/ERP regarding Freight shipment.
• Checking the imports /exports policy of the item and ensuring that the item is allowed to import/exports
• Allotment of job & creation of physical file.
• Scrutiny of documents, identify deficiencies and notify to the clients in writing
• Create organization for new clients and follow-up for the approval
• Creation of billing docket (post-clearance) and submission to freight manager for approval
