Our client is a leading global provider of Business and Knowledge Process Outsourcing services in the US health care domain. Job Role : Customer Support Voice Process Job Location : Kolkata (Candidate should reside in Kolkata) Job Role and Responsibility: Communicating &; Solving the Customer queries / requests /complaints. 5 days working (rotational 2 days week off) Shift : Night rotational shifts (US process) Requirements Qualification: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate / Fresher / Experienced can Apply Willingness to work in voice process. Must have good English speaking and narration skills. Comfortable to work in night shifts. Candidates should have PC / Laptop with active internet connection at their home.
