- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam
- Minimum education of 12th grade + Graduation
- Familiarity with Bangalore area
- Age range: 18-33 years
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain customer records and follow communication procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
