• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for USA-based clients.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
• Ensure adherence to quality and process standards in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
