Overview:
We are seeking skilled and dynamic individuals to join our international BPO team in Gurugram. The role involves handling travel-related queries and bookings using travel tools like Amadeus for a prominent US-based client . Candidates with a passion for travel and customer service, and who possess excellent communication skills, are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in using travel tools like Amadeus.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in travel tools and systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ?40,000 CTC per month.
• Incentives: No cap on incentives, based on performance.
• Working Days: 5 days a week.
• Transportation: Both-side cab service provided.
