We're looking to add more smart folks to our team who can put their heads down and solve a few interesting challenges as we scale our business.We are in search of a Process Trainer to train our Customer Support Team on Customer Service, Internal Processes as well as Communication.You should have excellent process training, communication, and customer service skills.Responsibilities:- Assess the training needs of all individuals and teams and conduct training for them- Train the new employees on 4 specific aspects:- Company Policy- Process & Product Knowledge- Communication and Interpersonal Skills- Interpersonal Skills and a positive attitude- Use various innovative methods to engage employees- Conduct assessments and certifications for new employees and frequent refresher courses for existing employees- Regularly coordinating with the management team and ensuring high agility in managing process changes- Keep updated records of training materials and modules- Actively work with the Customer Support Manager, TLs, and Quality Team to understand customer issues and change internal processes based on thisRequirements:- 1 or 2 years experience working as a Process Trainer- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills- Ability to train employees using engaging techniques- Ability to manage full training cycle such as conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platformsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 per yearBenefits:
