Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience communicating with European and USA customers
- At least 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a SAAS company is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Working full-time from our offices in Ahmedabad (this is not a remote position)
- Collaborating closely with the Customer Success Manager based in Ireland
- Engaging with customers via phone, messaging, chat, email, and other communication channels
- Assisting in drafting strategic customer support and success plans
- Communicating customer issues to software managers and other team members
