KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving the accuracy of our data, which powers the insights and services we deliver to our users.xe2x97x8f Accurately enter, update, and manage data in the companys databases and systems.xe2x97x8f Ensure that all data entered is correct, complete, and up-to-date.xe2x97x8f Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support when neededxe2x97x8f Maintain a high level of customer service by handling all data-related requests with professionalism and care. xe2x97x8f Assist patients and healthcare providers by troubleshooting data entry issues and ensuring their needs are addressed eff iciently.xe2x97x8f Ensure the confidentiality of patient records by adhering to HIPAA and data protection standards. xe2x97x8f Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies before entering into the system. xe2x97x8f Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and quality xe2x97x8f Continuously update and improve data entry processes xe2x97x8f Handle customer support via email responses and other backend processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSxe2x97x8f Experience in non-voice process, backend operations, and customer support.xe2x97x8f Proficiency in handling emails and responding to customer inquiries. xe2x97x8f Previous experience in medical data entryxe2x97x8f Additional certifications in medical terminology, healthcare administrationxe2x97x8f High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. xe2x97x8f Proficiency in Microsoft Off ice (especially Google sheets) and data entry software. xe2x97x8f Ability to manage time actively and meet deadlines.
