Customer Support Specialist
Job Description
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and create content for our social media platforms. Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and grow our online presence.
- Website Orders and Dispatch Management: Oversee the processing of website orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of products.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
