We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our products and latest pricing, assist customers in resolving any service-related issues, and communicate customer feedback to the relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take inbound calls from existing customers.
• Make outbound calls to reach out to customers for follow-ups and product information.
• Provide information about products, services, and the latest pricing.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Share customer feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements:
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
