We are looking for someone that can work well under pressure and is able to communicate well on the phone and via email. As you will be dealing with UK clients, high proficiency in English communication in both speaking and writing is essential to this role. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. This position is very varied and can be demanding so excellent organizational skills are a MUST. You will be responsible. To Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat Deliver service-associated info for all inquiries via emails and calls Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability (training provided) Work with internal departments to meet customer\'s needs Manage calendar and schedule process-related services, follow-up, and avail arrangements. Drive to maximize self-productivity Excellent time-management skills Professional phone and email etiquette Professional English language is essential for this role Experience working on admin, accounts, CRMs and database Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail Strong in Email platforms like Outlook and Google, Google Suite, MS Office especially Excel Experience in basic accounting work would be an added advantage. Requirements for the Job: Bachelor\'s degree in any field. 2+ years experience working in an administration role Additional related short courses are beneficial. Proficiency with computer programs, such as MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Excellent data interpretation skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English is a must Familiarity with CRM programs, and databases.
