Experience: Must have a knowledge of Tally and good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati and good customer handling skills.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Client Query Resolution: Promptly attend to client queries regarding the ERP software, ensuring thorough understanding of their issues and providing accurate and effective solutions.
• Technical Assistance: Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving software-related problems, guiding them through step-by-step solutions to enhance their user experience.
• Client Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients on software functionalities and updates, helping them maximize the benefits of the ERP system and improve their operational efficiency.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
