Job:Customer Support SpecialistLocation: ChennaiExperience:2+ Years:Experience in SAAS company / Fintech company at least for 2-3 years.
Excellent communication skills as they are going to be front facing the clients
Candidate with some presence of mind and street smartness to handle situations.
If from a finance background that could be an added advantage ( it will be easier for them to understand the tool functioning)
Preferably a candidate who has done their education in Tier A colleges.
