Customer Support Specialist A candidate responsible for handling customer, identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Responding to Customer Queries:
Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately via inbound call.
Provide timely and helpful responses to resolve issues effectively.
Identifying Customer Needs:
Understand customer requirements and assist them.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Investigate and report any product malfunctions or technical issues.
Sharing Insights with Teams:
Communicate feature requests and effective workarounds to team members.
Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience:
Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only, preferably inbound services. (Customer service / Hospitality (front Desk) / International calling experience / Telecom / D2H / Calling / Tele caller/ Tele sales/ Collections).
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skill, Versant level 5 must.
Shift: Six days Working & 1 rotational week-off, 9 hours shift.
Working structure 24x7 (Male), 7am to 9pm (females, no night shift for females).
