Job Description
- Job Title: Client Service Executive
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- Preferred Experience: Medical billing or international experience
- Salary Range: 14,000 to 23,000 (Depending on experience & skills)
- Shift Time:
- 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (only drop)
- 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (pickup & drop)
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Weekend Off: Saturday and Sunday
- Qualification: Graduate
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and deliver services efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in medical billing or international services is preferred.
- Ability to work evening or night shifts.
- Willingness to travel within a 25 km range for office pickup and drop.
- Candidates with relevant certifications or training will be preferred.
