: Customer Support & Sales

Location: Govandi, Mumbai

Salary: INR 25,000 in-hand per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week (alternate Sundays if required)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Manage sales activities including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
• Maintain customer records and update information as required
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support and/or sales roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to Govandi, Mumbai location as needed
• Flexible to work 6 days a week with alternate Sundays if required
