We are seeking dynamic professionals for a Customer Support & Sales role, assisting customers via multiple channels, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. This role is specifically for candidates with insurance sales experience (Motor and Life Insurance) and strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via multiple channels and resolve their queries.
Provide accurate product and service information.
Listen to customer concerns, offer solutions, and ensure follow-up.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Document interactions for continuous improvement.
Drive sales with a strong insurance acumen (Motor & Life Insurance policies).
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (No MTI or RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors).
Graduate from any field.
Versant 6 certification is a must.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in insurance sales preferred (not backend, EMI collection, claims settlement, or data entry).
Strong sales acumen and ability to engage customers effectively.
