Role and Responsibilities:



o Client Handling:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and

concerns effectively.

o Communication:

Engage with clients and internal teams using strong verbal and written communication

skills.

o Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.

o Customer Support:

Provide timely and professional assistance to clients, ensuring high satisfaction

levels.

o Collaboration:

Work with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for client retention and

business growth.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:



o Educational Qualification:

Graduation from any stream.

o Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Client Management:

Ability to manage and interact with clients efficiently.

o Sales and Lead Generation:

Prior experience in generating leads and sales (preferred but not

mandatory).

o Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to work in a team and build relationships with clients.
