We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services over the phone. Your ability to provide exceptional support while driving sales will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Customer Queries: Respond to inbound calls and messages, providing accurate and timely information about products/services.
• Issue Resolution: Effectively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience and building customer loyalty.
• Promote Products/Services: Make outbound calls to promote products/services, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline processes.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
• Any degree or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
