We're looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and offering product information. You'll document interactions in our CRM, escalate complex issues when needed, and ensure customers receive prompt and effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
1.Identifying hardware and software solutions.
2.Troubleshooting technical issues.
3.Resolving network issues.
4.Installing and configuring hardware and software.
5.Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. Sal - upto 20k .
6.Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
