Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include :

• Handle Clients On Call (Mandatory)
• Understand the company's products and services in-depth to effectively assist clients globally.
• Provide them with technical support (On Call & Remote Desk) by diagnosing the Issue
• Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
• Address and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Provide Technical Support For Software By Diagnosing The Issue.
• Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
• Solving Software Faults by coordinating with Software Developers.
• Need Smart And Proficient Candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
