Responsible for the day-to-day assigned work.
Ensure and fulfill service requests from clients by manning the telephone, email and other communication systems.
Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
12th is mandatory
