Process Name - Axis voice process

Responsibilities

Overseeing the customer service process.

Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention via telephonic conversation.

Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,

Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.

Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Requirements:

Undergraduate and graduate having 1 year of experience in calling can apply

Communication and thought process has to be good.

Freshers can also apply

Must be comfortable working from the office.

Shift Timings - 08AM - 08PM ; Female Employees - 8 AM to 5 PM and 9 AM to 6 PM ;6 days working + 1 rotational week off

Remuneration: 16000-17000 (CTC)
