About NEET Support
NEETSupport.com is a dedicated platform helping students throughout their NEET exam preparation journey by providing guidance on applications, counselling, rank prediction, and career planning. Key Responsibilities
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address student and parent inquiries about NEET preparation, counselling, and services offered by NEET Support.
• Guidance and Support: Provide detailed information on application processes, counselling sessions, rank prediction, and other offerings.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Follow-ups: Maintain follow-ups with students and parents to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the counselling and business development teams to address complex queries or escalate cases when required.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduates from Education or Communication backgrounds preferred).
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
Preferred Skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Familiarity with NEET exams or the education sector is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
