We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

- Provide accurate information about products and services

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
