Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot problems in a professional manner.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
