Position Overview

We seek a dedicated Client Onboarding and Support Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on onboarding new clients to our marketing platform, assisting with installation, providing training on usage, and offering ongoing customer support to resolve any issues that may arise. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding : Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth setup and integration of their marketing and sales tools.
• Installation Assistance : Help clients with the installation and configuration of the Marketing platform, ensuring that they are set up for success from day one.
• Training and Education : Conduct training sessions for clients to help them understand the platform's features, functionalities, and best practices for practical usage.
• Customer Support : Provide prompt support to clients, addressing technical questions and troubleshooting issues related to the marketing platform.
• Problem-solving : Collaborate with clients to identify challenges they face and develop practical solutions to enhance their experience with the platform.
• Documentation and Feedback : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts and enhance support processes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
