Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Telugu and English and be willing to commit to a 10-hour workday. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Document and track customer interactions and issues using our internal systems.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in both Telugu and English.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Telugu and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work committedly for 10 hours a day.
• Flexibility to work without holidays.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
