MrMed is looking for Support Executives to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post\xe2\x80\x91order support over telephone/ chat channels. Location: T Nagar Chennai (Only work from office role) Age Criteria: 20 to 29 years Responsibilities: - Handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow\xe2\x80\x91up outbound calls - Single point of contact for order tracking, communication with logistics partners and post sales support to customers - Resolving pre-dispatch issues of the customers - dispatch delay, product non-availability - Resolving post-dispatch issues of customers - delivery status, order tracking, cancellations, returns and refunds - Checking delivery status and coordinate with delivery partners regarding escalations and on-time delivery - Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases - Escalating issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management Desired Profile: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field. 6 months to 2 years experience in customer support Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: 250,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year Benefits:
