: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative at insideFPV, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer satisfaction will contribute to building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their overall positive experience with our products and services. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and assist with product setup, usage, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Document and track customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement.
  • Assist in generating reports on customer inquiries, trends, and satisfaction levels.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with the drone industry or related technology sectors is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
