As a Customer Support Representative at insideFPV, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and assist with product setup, usage, and maintenance.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and provide appropriate recommendations.
Document and track customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement.
Assist in generating reports on customer inquiries, trends, and satisfaction levels.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
