Job Responsibilities:-

• Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow up with customers for resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Update customer information in the database.

Education:-

Any graduate with CBSE or ICSE background.

Skills:-

• Excellent English Communication is a must.
• Has MS-Excel or MS-Word knowledge
• Attention to details.
