We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Sangli, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and support to our clients in the US market. The role requires a professional who is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, as you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries and resolve issues through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Problem Resolution : Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Documentation: Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and issues are fully addressed and resolved.
Feedback Management: Escalate complex issues and feedback from customers to relevant internal teams for further assistance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the overall success of the department.
Shift Flexibility: Adapt to shift changes, including holidays and weekends, as required by the business needs.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related role preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
