Task Robots is a dynamic organization delivering exceptional client services. We are seeking customer-focused individuals to join our team and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer issues properly.
• Maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teams to improve customer experiences.
• Provide information about product.
Requirements:
• Pursuing Graduation or completed Graduation.
• Fresher or minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and basic computer tools.
Job type- Full Time
Timing - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
