Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls and email inquiries from our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with accurate and timely information to resolve their issues or inquiries effectively.
• Accurately receive and process incoming customer orders while ensuring efficient order management and tracking.
• Ensure all tasks and actions are tracked and completed in a timely manner through follow-up with relevant parties.
• Manage workflow effectively by meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Complete any additional tasks or duties as requested by management.

Role Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
