Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage incoming client calls, addressing inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
- Make reminder calls to clients for appointments, payments, or other scheduled activities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Provide necessary information to clients regarding various courses and availabilities and make them register for a counseling session, seminar, or event. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb97,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb911,000.00 per month Benefits:
