- Managing and solving all the operational hustles of the category.
- Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
- Identify need of prospects & recommend them prospects for programs through outbound calls
- Developing partner relationships and leading existing supply.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
- Responsible for Onboarding and Pro Management.
- Proficient with Excel (Non-Negotiable)
- Exceptional Managerial skills required
- Ability to make data driven decisions
