Customer Support Representative
Job Description
:
• Respond to customer requests to cancel or edit orders in Extensiv
• Answers the Dial Pad calls
• Updates sku data in Extensiv
• Assists with onboarding new clients - account setup, auto billing setup, sku uploads, etc..
• Assist with billing customers - enter manual billing amounts, etc.
• Customs entries into Descartes as well as answer the customer service calls.
Skills Required:
• Good Communication Skill
• Minimum of 1-2 years exp. in customer support.
• Qualification: Any graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
• English (Preferred)
Shift availability:
• Night Shift (Required)
