Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, clear, and courteous customer support via live chat and phone.
- Address inquiries, recommend relevant products/services, and guide customers to complete their purchases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.
Education & Experience:
-E-Commerce Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce customer support or sales is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
- Experience: 0-3 years of customer support or sales experience required.
