Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts
Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational offs)
Cab Facilities: Both-side cabs provided
EXP REQ - Min 6 Months of exp is required in International Voice Process
Undergraduate/Graduate BOTH CAN APPLY
CTC UPTO 3.97 LPA to 4.92 LPA
Loyalty Bonus: 20,000
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt resolutions to queries and issues.
Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to the process guidelines and quality standards.
Resolve complaints, escalate technical issues when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
