Creative IBS is looking for a vibrant candidate to be the cornerstone for our clients.

The ideal applicant must in a timely manner, handle large calls, identify customers' needs, provide solutions, and upsell products. They must be able to build sustainable relationships, engage customers, and maintain records in our call center database to ensure efficient communication and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities



Build and maintain good relationships with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Manage customer connections efficiently, resulting in client retention, and successfully resolve issues for medical practitioners. Preserve a check on customer interactions to guarantee consistency in service and client delight. To preserve client satisfaction and service quality, prioritize and immediately address concerns to uphold high standards of customer care.

Job Requirements



Building and maintaining customer relationships. Making outbound calls and responding to inquiries. Maintaining accurate records and Monitoring interactions. Addressing customer concerns. Providing exceptional service. Collaborating with departments.
