Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Bangalore(Work from Office)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in International Voice Process
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days rotational off
CTC: Up to ?7LPA + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction:
Handle international customer queries via phone with professionalism and empathy.Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Identify and report recurring issues to improve processes.
4. Service Excellence:
Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.
