Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Timing: Rotational shift (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) IST / (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) IST
Week offs : Rotational
Target Audience: Middle East
CTC : Upto INR 3 LPA
Responsibilities:
? Provide excellent customer support via email.
? Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
? Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
? Stay updated on company products and services.
? Share customer feedback and issues with the team.
? Inform customers about new features and updates.
? Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on various channels.
? Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
? Follow company rules and regulations.
Basic Requirements:
? Minimum 12th-grade graduation.
? Proficient in reading and writing English is a must
? 1-2 years of customer support experience.
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
? Customer-oriented attitude.
? Strong customer service skills.
? Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
? Patience when handling challenging cases.
? Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Requirements:
? Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
? Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
