Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Serve as the frontline point of contact for clients seeking support during the night shift hours. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels, and provide accurate and empathetic assistance.

Medical Expertise: Utilize your medical background to understand and address customer concerns related to healthcare products, services, or procedures. Provide knowledgeable guidance and advice to customers regarding medical inquiries and issues.

Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customer issues and complaints, troubleshoot problems effectively, and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed. Strive to resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.

Technical Support: Assist customers with technical issues or difficulties they may encounter while using our digital platforms, applications, or medical devices. Provide step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical problems.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system or ticketing system. Maintain detailed records of customer communication for future reference and analysis.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about our products, services, policies, and procedures, as well as relevant medical developments and industry trends. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills to enhance your effectiveness in providing customer support.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the customer support team, as well as cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to customer service delivery.

Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing healthcare customer support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a medical field (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences) or equivalent experience required.

Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a healthcare or medical-related setting, is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others, coupled with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and digital communication tools.

Flexibility to work night shifts.
