Skills Required: -
• Prior experience of Sales or support will be an added advantage.
• Processing call & solving problems faced by the users online, by taking remote assistance of systems.
• Quickly identify issues and resolve that asap and assign it to support team if required.
• Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes.
• Knowledge Window 7,8, 10 and MAC computers.
• Act as an intermediary between the organisation and customer such as dealing with the complaints and queries of customers.
• Preparation of set answers in order to reply to customer queries immediately without wasting time.
• Should have dual qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with confidence and conviction.
• Should have an attitude that is well approachable by consumers and understanding their problems.
• Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the customers want to say or express.
• Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in every stage of the process.
• Skills of working in a team and ability to learn.
• International Voice, Inbound Process Product sales
• Candidate should possess excellent communication skills
• Responsible for dealing with International Clients over calls
• Responsible for dealing with B2B & B2C Product sale.
• A desire to continually learn about products & service
