Role: Customer Service Voice

Handling customer queries Internet / telecom/ Basic Troubleshooting Concerns

Basic networking, LAN, WAN

Qualification: Any Graduate/Undergraduate

Should have excellent English language skills

Should have good computers knowledge and latest operating systems

Experience: Must have minimum 6 months of bpo experience preferably in international bpo, international voice, us voice, process associate

Candidates should be willing to work in US shift

Able to join immediately
