• Provide customer support
• Understand and resolve customer queries
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Good customer handling skills
• Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process
• Handling US support
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must have minimum 6 months of international bpo / international voice experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• 24/7 shift availability
• Immediate joiners
