What you get to do in this role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team, specializing in supporting our website\'s Website Chat function. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to site visitors, ensuring timely responses, and contributing to lead generation efforts through data sourcing and CRM management. Responsibilities: Inbound Chat Response: Manage approximately 30 total chats per day. Prioritize and handle around 30 high-quality chats daily, ensuring timely human response/engagement (30-45 second time to response). Perform offline chat follow-up, addressing chats received during non-business hours. Lead Generation: Conduct DemandBase and LinkedIn research to source appropriate email/contact information. Create leads in the CRM system and initiate follow-ups during business hours. Summarize chat highlights, pain points, etc., on the Lead page created from the chat. Ensure smooth handoff of leads to the appropriate lead owner. Integration and Data Remediation: Manage an additional backlog of leads in Dynamics created via integration (approximately 2,000 Lead Records) that require data remediation. Qualifications Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree preferred). Proven experience in customer support or similar roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) is a plus. Proficiency in data sourcing tools like DemandBase and LinkedIn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
