We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service.
• Educate customers on company products and services to enhance their experience.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer support or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
